Game engines, traditionally used for video game development, are now applied in film, TV, and simulations. They enable real-time rendering of high-quality 3D graphics, enhancing visual effects and animations. In simulations for training or research, game engines create realistic, interactive environments that accurately mimic real-world scenarios.
The Game Technology engineering degree is developed in collaboration with gaming industry professionals and companies using game technologies. As the industry evolves, engineers must continually acquire new knowledge. Strong technical skills in programming and interfaces, along with creativity and innovation, are essential. Game technologies are applied across various sectors to create new content in traditional and interactive media.
Upon completing these engineering studies, you will be able to utilize the latest game technologies to design, test, and implement gaming and utility applications. You will understand the user and be able to consider their habits when implementing products utilizing new technologies. During the studies, you will also acquire comprehensive knowledge of general engineering skills.
