How to start filling in the application form

1. Register on kastu.eu – when registering, make sure to provide an email address that you use regularly and check often, since all the most important information will be sent to that email address you enter during registration.
2. Choose your preferred study programs and add them to your application form. You can find programs in the study search system. Once you select a program, simply click the green plus button next to it. This way, the chosen programs will appear in your application form. After selecting all the programs that interest you, you will be able to arrange them in order of priority using the arrows next to each program.

The application form is simple and consists of 8 parts:

1. Personal information
2. Education
3. Foreign languages
4. Experience (if any)
5. Documents
6. Motivation letter (required only for certain universities)
7. Recommendation letter (required only for certain universities)
8. Other information

Documents

The Kastu application form automatically selects the documents you need to complete and/or upload, depending on the country, university, and study program you are applying to.

After completing the form

Once you have fully completed the application form, all you need to do is click the “Submit Application” button.

• If the form does not go through, it means you forgot to fill in one of the required fields. In that case, review your application again and complete any missing sections.
• If there are any mistakes or inaccuracies in your application, we will contact you, and you will have the chance to correct them. Only when we are sure that everything is filled out correctly will we send your application to the universities.
