Our programme in Business Administration is designed to impart you with the skills to design and implement organisational strategies and structures with the aim to create social and economic value. The focus is on responsible organisations which emphasises ways in which organisations interact with multiple stakeholders to perform sustainably. Within the Master's Business Administration, you have a choice between nine Master's specialisations.

Specialisations

Business Analysis and Modelling. Do you want to learn how to apply formal methods and modelling, focussing on the analytical ánd social aspects of decision-making? Become a specialist in developing sound simulation models that are valuable when designing and evaluating strategies.

European Master in System Dynamics. Learn how to build a system dynamics model, how to apply it to a variety of complex, real-life problems and how to facilitate the model-building process in such a way a strategic change can be achieved and policies can be implemented.

Gender Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in Management. Do you want to understand the challenges and issues related to managing gender equality, diversity and inclusion in organisations? Learn to design interventions and give content to the social responsibility of organisations.

Innovation and Entrepreneurship. You will come to understand how organisations can grow through innovation processes as well as understand the challenges that entrepreneurs face when starting their business in a changing environment.

International Business. This specialisation of Business Administration will provide you with the tools and insights required to understand the complex and dynamic environments in which multinationals operate, by combining insights from economics and business administration.

Marketing. Marketing is more than just selling products or services; it is about creating value with customers and other stakeholders. Learn to build and manage customer relationships and how these will help you in key marketing activities such as branding.

Organisational Design and Development. This specialisation uniquely combines both sides of the coin: addressing structural problems of organisational design as well as changes in the culture and social fabric of an organisation; both of which are vital for success.

Strategic Human Resources Leadership. Do you want to analyse issues involving personnel and organisation? And do you want to think about them at the strategic level within an organisation? Learn how to optimise organisational, group and individual performance.

Strategic Management. Do you want to understand strategic management processes in relation to the dynamic and complex environment organisations are confronted with? Learn to deal with various stakeholder groups, to optimise an organisation's strategy.
