Facility and Real Estate Management

In cooperation with the University of Greenwich, Hotel Management School Maastricht (HMSM) offers the exciting 12-month Master of Facility & Real Estate Management. We will challenge you and develop you into a strategic thinker in the facility and real estate industry. Not only will you develop a great understanding of the industry and its needs, but also you will be triggered on how to innovatively solve existing and upcoming challenges and needs.

Double Master of Science degree

What’s more, after successful completion of the programme, students will obtain a double degree: an academic Master of Science (MSc) degree in Facility- & Real Estate Management from the University of Greenwich (accredited by the UK government) and a professional Master of Science Degree (Msc), issued by Zuyd University of Applied Sciences (accredited by the Netherlands-Flemish Accreditation Organization (NVAO)). This way students will get the best of both worlds, developing both their academic and professional skills.

You will experience a unique integration of both facility and real estate management classes at a strategic level, fully taught in English. Being a small scale, selected entry programme, our experienced lecturers will mentor and coach you through the programme, helping you to get the most out of this master degree and think about the career path you would like to pursue in facility & real estate management.
