A transcript of records is a document that reflects your academic progress before you receive your school leaving diploma.
It shows the university which subjects you studied and what results you achieved. This is an official document that must be thoroughly completed and confirmed with the school’s stamp and the signature of an authorized person.
A transcript of records is required for all applicants to bachelor’s programs who have not yet received their school leaving diploma.

Statement of Hours - Denmark
When applying to study in Denmark, you need to submit both your Transcript of Records and a Statement of Hours. Danish universities assess not only your grades but also the number of hours you have spent studying each subject during the last three years of secondary school. This information is an important part of the admission process.
What to do if your school refuses to fill out the Kastu transcript?
Sometimes schools may refuse to stamp the transcript provided by Kastu. In that case, you can leave the Kastu transcript as an example, so the school’s office can prepare a similar document. The most important thing is that the transcript issued by the school is in English and contains the same information as in the Kastu template.
