The Career Center is for anyone choosing what to study – whether you're still in secondary school or have already finished it. It helps you get to know yourself, understand your strengths and find the field of study or career that suits you best. Parents who want to help are welcome too.
Is career guidance free?
Yes. On kastu.eu, KastuGPT gives you career guidance – free, 24/7 and with no registration. Start in the chat window at the top of this page.
How is KastuGPT different from a career test?
A career test gives you a result based on fixed questions. KastuGPT is a conversation. You can explain your situation, ask why it suggests something, and talk through your interests, doubts and career choices as deeply as you want.
You can start with a test on the Career tests page and bring the results to KastuGPT, or start with KastuGPT and take a test later – both work.
Will KastuGPT decide what I should study?
No. KastuGPT helps you understand your interests, strengths and values, explore different fields of study and see how well each one fits your situation.
The final decision is yours. But after the conversation, you'll see your options more clearly and know what matters most to you.
How do I get the most out of KastuGPT?
KastuGPT knows the study programs of Kastu partner universities in all five countries: Denmark, the Netherlands, Belgium, Finland and Sweden. The more it knows about you, the better its suggestions will be. Here's how to help it:
- Be specific – name the school subjects you enjoy, your hobbies and the things you definitely don't want to do.
- Share your test results – paste them into the chat, and KastuGPT will use them.
- Ask follow-up questions – for example: Why does this field fit me? What do students actually do in this program? Which universities offer it?
There are no wrong questions. Ask about anything that matters for your decision – and come back whenever you like. For the exact admission requirements, always check the official university page of the program.
Are the career tests free?
Yes. On the Career tests page you'll find links to free tests you can take on your own. Then paste your results into the chat at the top of this page and ask KastuGPT what they mean for your choice of studies.
Which free tools can help me explore careers and countries?
On the Career tests page you'll find free tests and official career websites that describe hundreds of jobs. On the How to choose a career page you'll find TED and TEDx talks about choosing a career. You'll also find official EU websites where you can compare studying and working in Denmark, the Netherlands, Belgium, Finland and Sweden. All of them are free, and you can use them on your own. Want to talk through your results? Ask KastuGPT.
