Law Research Master
The Research Master's Programme is specifically designed for passionate researchers who aspire to pursue an academic career or explore research opportunities outside academia.
This two-year programme is organized and coordinated by the Graduate School of Law. The Groningen Graduate School of Law is part of the Faculty of Law. The GGSL is responsible for the Research Master Legal Research and the PhD Training Programme. The GGSL strives to create an environment where master students and PhD students are facilitated to do high quality research, to follow a training programme that is tailored to their needs and to prepare themselves for a future career in a variety of legal professions (in as well as outside academia).

The basic requirement for admission is a university Law degree which entitles the holder to practise in their country of origin or signifying completion of the academic stage of legal education (e.g., LLB). Basic knowledge in Law, and an academic attitude, motivation, and talent.
