The degree is offered as full-time studies and is taught in Porvoo. Travelling to Porvoo Campus takes around 1 hour with public transportation from Helsinki city center. Porvoo Campus offers a modern and innovative learning environment, where students work on real company projects. Porvoo Campus is truly international with approximately 50 nationalities and 1,100 students.

Entry qualification
  • Transcript of Records – If you have not yet completed Secondary School, you must upload a transcript showing your current grades. You can find the transcript template here.
  • Secondary School Leaving Certificate – If you have already completed Secondary School, you do not need to upload a separate transcript. Simply upload your Secondary School Leaving Certificate to the application.

English language requirements

You may not need to take IELTS or TOEFL. University usually allow you to prove your English proficiency in one of the following ways:

  • TOEFL iBT*

  • A national English examination listed on your secondary school leaving certificate
  • An English subject and grade on your secondary school leaving certificate that meet the university’s requirements

Other requirements

All eligible applicants will be invited to participate in the admission interview. Haaga-Helia sends invitations to the online interview by email a week before the interview date.

Online interviews will be held on the following days:

  • 11 - 13 February 2026
  • 4 - 6 March 2026
  • 15 - 17 April 2026
  • 3 - 5 June 2026.

The interview will be assessed on a scale of pass/fail.
